The 2021 Salon Fantastique is organised by the association Imagin Con with the help of the association Promenons-Nous dans les Bois.

The organisers are all passionate volunteers who love the Imaginary.

It is free

On the one hand, we would not hear it (or very little) because of the noise from the crowd; on the other hand, the SACEM rights are expensive. That is why we ask artists to do wandering animations in the alleyways (who also come for free - sometimes for non-financial compensation).

There are different offers for ou to enjoy in presales.

On site, a ticket will be 15€.

In any case, entrance is free for costumed people (no need to buy or pre-buy anything).

ARE FORBIDDEN: Any type of gun (real or fake) as well as any type of blade (metal or replica).

Grouping exhibitors would take away some magic from the fair. It insures warmth for both exhibitors and visitors (felt by most of them).From a visitor’s point of view it favours discoveries. Grouping exhibitors by categories would mean that for example a visitor only coming for literature would not discover craftsmen they could like. By mixing categories together, visitors can explore new horizons they probably would not see otherwise.

Q: “Is it possible to offer prizes for m² as previous years?”

A: We do not barter anymore. Offering prizes for the contest has to be first and foremost to help the Salon Fantastique and a way to offer you visibility.

Q: “I wanted to know what the policy is for exhibitors offering an activity or conferences with authors”

A: Each exhibitor has to offer an animation. We do not offer booths for animation or conferences.

The Salon Fantastique is fairly calm. There cannot be any music played in the background except on stage and for limited periods of time.
